How do I pay my clay?

I forgot to pay my clay
No, worries, we can send you and invoice.
I was sick and missed one of my classes
Unfortunately we cant refund you for that. If there is a space available you can attend a class for another day, but we cant promise anything.
My teacher was sick
No worries, we will just extend your class with one more occasion in the end, or suggest another date. If you cant attend, we can offer you money back for that missed occasion.
I have ceramics to pick up from a class I attended.
How much fun! You are welcome to pick them up any of our opening hours, please email johanna@artibus.nu if you are uncertain for when that is. We will save them for 2 months.
I booked a class, but I changed my mind.
No worries, those things happens, you can always cancel your class 48h prior to the start, for a full refund.
Ceramic Workshop
How many people can you host?
A maximum of 12 people
How long is a workshop?
Between 2-2,5 hours depending on how many you are. More than 7 people needs 2,5h hours, so we can make sure to give you all attention.
We attended a workshop, how long does it takes for our things to be ready?
Depends on how many workshops that we been hosting lately, i.e how many thigs we have to glaze and fire before we will glaze and fire yours. :) But count with at least 4 weeks.
Renting a workshop space
How long is your waiting list?
Long, but it is impossible for us to estimate how long time it takes for you to get a spot. Since it all depends on when and how many people who leave us. But it helps to keep reminding us that you are interested.
What is included in the rent?
A place to store your things, tools, accessibility to wheels and working table, firings, coffe/ thé and friendship. You need to buy your own clay and glazes.
The Store
When are you open?
The first weekend of every month between 11-16
During the month of December, we are open every weekend until Christmas.
